Help: Galaxy S7 Gear VR Game Bundle Promo
So I preordered and got my S7 last month, and I got the Gear VR yesterday. However, when I connected my phone to the VR and created an Oculus account, the free game bundle wasn't in my library under any of the tabs. There were only a bunch of free apps like the Cirque Solei, etc., no games. And I see a lot of the games that are supposed to be in the bundle in the store with a price I'd have to pay.
I contacted the number on the leaflet that explained the 6-game bundle (an outsourced customer service call center) and they said they couldn't help on their end. What can I do?
