Hello,

I have run into a bit of an issue that I was hoping you would be able to assist me with. I have been attempting to retrieve the files of games from my X-Box 360 hard drive via Xport 360 and place them onto my desktop. Apparently, the software is unable to retrieve certain aspects and the files copied over are not complete. I know it is not my system nor the emulator I am using as I have checked the compatibility of them. Furthermore, there is a discrepancy of roughly 4 mb of data not copied over between the file on my desktop and the file on the 360 hard drive, confirming the copying issue. I instead have been attempting to download the games directly from the Microsoft Xbox store to my computer as I already own them, but the downloader will not recognize my desktop as a valid download option even though I have added it to my Microsoft account correctly. I was wondering if it was at all possible to get the downloader to send the game files to my desktop. The games in question are Halo Reach and Halo 3.
